The day I shopped @ Nordstrom Ami Kowal was (luckily) working. I had several items of Kiels, Laura Mercier and Lancôme on my list to replenish. Ami has assisted me previously - so professional and helpful - and that day was no exception. My lipstick required some searching as the color was not in stock. Ami took the time to research and solved the problem, ordering my 'L'Absolu from another store .. and it arrived at my door the next day! Her manager was kind enough to treat me to three Kiels samples - that I have tried and love. It was a pleasing and successful shopping day - thanks as always to Ami - a valuable asset to Nordstrom.
The sales lady at Nordstrom's was so helpful. I looked at several brands of lipstick, they were all too sheer and she led me to Lancôme to try their's. All she had in the store was a sample of the Sienna, she found it at another store and had it sent to me, it arrived 2 days later in the mail, it is exactly what I was looking for. Nordstrom's has a way of finding employees who are focused on customer service, I really appreciate the company's dedication to superlative customer service!
The challenge was mine and I tried the Re'nergielift Multi-action lifting and firming cream and I certainly could see a difference in the 7 day trial. Smoother skin, no red patches on face, silky look and feel. I am off to purchase a jar and continue to see the visible difference immediately on my face. I also purchased lipstick rouge and de'finicils of which I have used before. The lipstick is so creamy and gorgeous colors to choose from. Thank you Kimberley Le in the Walnut Creek, CA store!
