I have fine hair and have struggled to find a shampoo that cleans without weighing it down or drying it out. This shampoo does just that. I do alternate this with the olive fruit oil shampoo, because I love that one as well. My hair does seem thicker, but is amazing soft and clean.

Love Kiehl's Ultimate Thickening shampoo. Gives my hair body and shine and nice clean scent. Have been using for long time and will continue to do so.

Flaky scalp

I did not like this. It gave me a flaky scalp. To be fair, I've the same thing happen with other shampoos that contain salicylic acid which is an exfoliant which is supposed to help slough off skin layers, hence the flakiness. But I got this shampoo for more volume, not exfoliating my scalp. This may be good for people looking to exfoliate their scalp (is that a thing?), but I don't have scalp problems so it wasn't for me.

Prosgood for daily use
I really like it and I feel the difference in my hair. Much fuller and smells delish.
