Okay, not magical.

This is just okay. Doesn’t warrant the price tag, in my opinion. It is a balm. So thicker than aquaphor/Vaseline. More like consistency of Carmex or Blistex lip Medex in the pot. Maybe a little drier though than even those, which I don’t particular care for. I like something that glides a little easier. I do love that it doesn’t have a scent, or smell, or taste though. I don’t think this is anything better than what I already own or have tried (which is about everything). I did just receive Chanel’s hydra balm in the pot, and already I’m in love with it after half of a day. This Sisley one just doesn’t do it for me.
I bought this lip balm to try it out, I really needed a good one, and I know Sisley has high quality skin care products. At first, I was disappointed - because although the texture was good, it has no scent, no pleasant essence, like the Shiseido lip/eye cream, or La Mer’s lip balm. However, the more I used it, the more I became dependent upon it. I started searching frantically in my purse every morning to make sure I had it before I left for work, lol. I soon forgot about the lack of scent or essence. Don’t you know, I used it up until the container was bone-dry. I wish it came in a larger size.
I love the ingredients. For my dry lips in a desert climate, however, not sure if it's any better than Chanel Hydra Beauty Nourishing Lip Care, and it's more expensive with less product.
