Wonderful dress. So classy.
I have the Adrianne Papell belted version in a similar style and get so many compliments whenever I wear it but the sheer feature across the sleeves and back of this one takes it to another level
I am 157cm/5'1" and 53kg/116, 30D bust. Bought Petite 2 and it fits perfectly. Hitting mid knee (I find this sort of detail very helpful from other reviewers, so I'm adding it here). Snug - which is how you want it - but the relatively thick material and some shaper underwear will even out the bumps. I'm not exactly classic hourglass in shape (that's the closest description but I'm less nipped in around the waist) but if you have curves going on, this dress will still look great. Personally, I find this style of classic sheath with minimal detailing particular flattering on us "height-challenged" ladies. They actually look better on us than the tall girls. The great thing about this one is the interest added by subtle shutter blind pleats and the attractive neckline (little cap sleeves take the eye of less than toned upper arms as well!)
I was concerned because a number of reviews seemed to indicate that you'd need to go braless or use a gel/stick-bra for this dress but on me it works just fine with a normal strapless bra which sits just under where the sheer panel finishes at the back.

I had a great time in this dress at my sister's wedding. Very flattering and sexy yet good coverage in all the right places. I am 5'6" 158#, curvy but fit. I ordered a petite and the length was perfect. I look forward to wearing it again.

Amazing dress. I'm usually a 2-4 and purchased a size 2 based on other comments. It fit well although a 0 likely would have been better.
