Finally - a dress that is just right!

I got three dresses online from Nordstrom with the hopes of finding the perfect one. Their generous free shipping and return policy was a big motivator. The orders arrived on time, very well packed and were a pleasure to try out. I chose this particular dress because it had the right balance of "sexy" and "classy". The material was on the thicker side (which is a good thing given the Boston winters) but adaptable enough that I will be able to wear it the year round. The dress was beautifully made with just the right amount of plunge at the neck and sheer yoke at the back. You will have to wear a bra with transparent straps especially if you are a bit bigger at the top - I am a 32D.
I bought a size 4P - seemed a little on the lose side but not too much. Given that this style (the black dress with the sheer bodice) has become the "must have" style of the year - this dress offered enough uniqueness in its design and banded sheathing to stand out in this class.
Overall - an LBD worth having especially at this price !

I love this dress! It fits beautifully and feels great on. It can be sexy with the right undergarment, or more subtle. I ordered down a size and will still need to have the waist taken in so the prior reviews were spot on. This is a dress that can be worn many times!

This dress is unlike many other of the layered dresses I've seen or tried. it is super soft and a little stretchy so that when it is on it lays very flat. The sheer cap sleeves create a flattering finish. It will be perfect for my holiday party.

Purchased this dress to stand in a wedding where we were allowed to choose our own style, just in black. This must flatter everyone because it certainly made me feel very comfortable and I just had a baby a few months ago. True to size and very comfortable. A nice twist on the little black dress.
