I purchased this dress to wear to a Black tie benefit I am hosting. I wanted something sophisticated, yet stylish! I loved how it fit!!! I bought a Fascinator to add a little flair and it was a hit!

After reading many of the reviews, I decided to purchase this dress one size smaller and in petite. I am 5'10" and wanted a dress right above the knee. The petite was much too short...it hit me mid-thigh. Also, I wish that I would have stuck with my regular size 6 instead of going down to a size 4. The dress was too short and uncomfortable. The shoulders were a bit snug too. I think if I had the proper size the dress would have been perfect.
I bought this dress in a size 14 for a wedding in Sept 2011. I had given up on struggling with tight girdles and went with an above-the-waist shaper just to smooth it out. The dress was very flattering and comfortable. It is even more flattering on a curvy figure than on the thin model (no offense to the slim ladies).
I was able to wear a regular strapless bra (40D) and it wasn't too tight and the strap didn't show through the sheer part.
I got soooo many compliments. Some friends said I looked better than the bridal party! This is made of great quality fabric and will last for years to come.

This dress fit perfectly. It made me feel very shaply in a good way. I am looking forward to wearing it to two weddings coming up.
