Only had the first one for a month or so and the zipper broke. Nordstrom was terrific and exchanged it out for me. The sales person also informed me that Northface has a lifetime guarentee and I could take it for life to any NF store for replacement. that is good to know.

My daughter loves this jacket! It's super soft and cozy. She doesn't like bulky winter jackets so this is perfect and wIll still keep her very warm. Plus the hood is an added bonus.

I am still debating on whether to keep this or take it back...the hood is an added plus (and it is very soft)...just not crazy about the color.
My daughter likes it, but for the price I prefer a piece that could stand alone for the harsh winters ahead...I am not sure if this is the only piece that she could wear standing at the bus stop...
still thinking on it, but it is a great jacket for temps ranging from 50-65.. depending on your child's cold temperature tolerance.
