I took the jacket out of the box and immediately noticed how soft and plush the fabric is. My daughter has been begging for a North Face jacket for a year and when this was included in Anniversary Sale I couldn't pass it up. She squealed when I gave it to her and wanted to wear it all day even though it was 85degrees! The periwinkle color is girly and bright. A nice deviation from all the prissy pink!
This jacket is incredibly soft! Not much room once zipped up, so we got a size up. The length and sleeves are super long, but at least something other than a basic summer tee can be worn underneath.
My daughter picked this for herself online during the anniversary sale. When it arrived she was very pleased with the color and comfort and can't wait to wear it to school in fall. She thought it was soft and super cozy.
My tall 8 year old daughter received this during the Anniversary sale, and was immediately bowled over by how soft and well-fitting this jacket was. Despite the summer weather, she expressed the desire to wear it immediately ! Highly recommended for a perfect winter jacket (especially for us southern californians, who don't have severe winters!)
