Prossophisticated
Having my home smell good is very important to me, however; I'm quite sensitive to certain smells so much so that certain candles will give me a headache (sorry Yankee Candle). Anyway, I was hesitant about trying this product namely because of the price and because I had never smelled it before, however; after reading reviews from various online sites, I decided to give it a try. For me, this smell is light, not too strong and the best part is it doesn't give me a headache. It's a very sophisticated smell that doesn't overwhelm you when you first walk into the room and it's probably the reason why so many people like it. I have two of the diffusers in my living room because to me one just isn't enough which seems to be the opinion of most people, however; I only have one in my bedroom and it's more than enough. The only negative thing I can say about this product is the fact that you can't just purchase the oil on its own and refill the bottle. I've emailed Westin and gave them my suggestion, however; I haven't seen just the oil for sale yet. I'm hoping some day that will change. Oh, and by far the best way to purchase this item is through Nordstrom's as they are the only ones who don't charge you for shipping.

Ah, just like Westin!

Prossoothing
This diffuser reminds me of being at a Westin hotel. I love the white tea scent - clean and soothing. The reeds do take a good 48 hours to diffuse the scent. Although the scent may be a bit too subtle, I like that it's not over powering since I keep the bottle on my bedside table. I would prefer the scent to be more intense if using the diffuser in a bathroom or large living room, etc.

Prosbest in classs
I have used this diffuser for 7 years and know it to be the best available, but this year was different than previous purchases. If it wasn't for Lori in the Home Store department in Bellevue going above and beyond the routine level of everyday service, I wouldn't be enjoying this product again for the holidays for the 8th year. Lori should be recognized and singled out in keeping the highest traditions of Nordstorm's premier customer service. Best Product, Exceptional Customer Service, Priceless! Happy in Bellevue, Greg

Wonderful Diffuser

Prossubtle and clean, not overwhelming
This is my second White Tea/Westin diffuser. I have had this one over six months and am still enjoying its fragrance. I am very sensitive to overwhelming scents and this is so subtle and lovely. Every time I have guests over, someone always mentions how wonderful it is. It brings me back to my fond memories of my visit to Westin/ Shanghai. I know it is a little expensive, but to me it is worth it. I will certainly be purchasing more in the future.
