I own 3 pair of these slippers, and I just gave 2 pair as gifts recently. I LOVE these, and I live in them. I live in Reno/Tahoe which is very cold in the winter, and very hot in the summer. I love wearing these around the house...in the winter they keep my feet warm without sweating, unlike the slippers that have sheepskin inside. I get way too hot in those. In the summer, my feet remain cool, because of the soft terrycloth, that absorbs wetness. They also have a very thick cushion, so wearing them while working in my kitchen on the tile floors keeps my feet and back from hurting. I also love the fact that I can wash them in hot water and dry them in a dryer. They hold up very well....I've had one pair for a couple of years. I just bought 2 more a few months ago, because I love to have them available when I'm washing another pair. They also have a nice rubber bottom, so I can go outside to get the mail wearing them. These are the best thing since sliced bread, and when my feet feel good, so does the rest of me. I would recommend buying one size up, because I don't like my feet hanging off the back. I don't mind an inch extra in front or in back...they aren't dress shoes, they are slippers and having them be a bit bigger makes them even more comfortable. I am female, and they are supposed to be women's slippers, but I've given them to friends who were male, and they love them as well. The black is perfect for men.
I love Acorn slippers and have been buying them for some years. They are well-padded and extremely comfortable. They hold up quite well to a lot of use.

These slippers are soft and fluffy. They're perfect in cool weather, especially when the tile floors are so cold! Love the variety of colors availalbe. Really comfy!
