So I bought these for my husband so he would understand the delight of wearing UGGS. They were too small and we couldn't get them on his foot. It was a bit like trying to fit cinderella's step sisters, only my husband is thankfull better looking. We took them back to the store and made an easy exchange for a bigger size. They felt a little tight across the instep. He wore them one day and they streched out to wear they were very comfortable. After being on his feet all day he still loved them. They look great with his jeans and his kilt. LOVE them!!!!

A couple of years ago I purchased the Wrangell @ Nordstrom downtown Chicago over the holidays. I could not be any happier with the way they held up. I received a Nordstrom gift card this Christmas. I live downstate and could not get into a store. I went ahead and purchased the Hartsville by UGG. I was somewhat unsure if buying them without going to the store was a good idea. Anyway my boots and care kit I ordered arrived much quicker than expected and I am very happy with my purchase and the first class service I received from Nordstrom. Almost forgot they included an extra pair of insoles which I greatly appreciate.
