This eye cream is terrible. It bunches and pills, it burns and stings, and it does not work well with makeup. No matter how carefully I apply it, it migrates into my eyes. Forget about blending, you can pat and pat until your finger is tired and it just will not sink into the skin. I can see it around my eyes hours after I apply it. I would not recommend this.
I'm giving this four stars because I found it to be too greasy on my already oily skin around my eyes. I've always had oily skin. I was pleased to learn that it glides on smoothly and quickly. It is unscented and very effective at blocking out radiation.
This is a very important product to have in anyone's skin care regimen because it is specifically formulated for the eye area with an SPF of 30. This .5 oz. tube will last a long time.
I do not feel the need to reapply throughout the day. I think it stays on a good long time for those who work in offices.
When I use this product I have to apply some powder to keep the shine down. I don't like my face /eye area looking shiney due to sunscreen.
I used this product daily or almost daily for many years between the ages of 20-32 and it really made a difference as I am still reaping the results at the age of 51. I quit using this product after the age of 32 and have now started using it again. I am very grateful for it. I think Lancome is a real trail blazer in skin care and this is one of their most outstanding products. I will be using this product for a long time to come, that is until another is manufactured that is not so shiney on the skin with the same or higher sunscreen factor and is as good or better. I doubt a company will pull that off because it has not been done yet as of 2018. I was using this product in 1990 and at that time it was the only one on the market. It probably still is. Thank you Lancome and thank you Nordstrom for providing Lancome.

Prosholy grail
I decided it was time to start taking better care of the skin around my eyes and this came to the rescue. I have used it a few different ways. You can apply it after your serum or whatever you use. This process keeps the eye concealer looking it's original color, but i like to mix it with Lancome waterproof concealer. This combo is amazing! You can build it up or down. It makes for a bright eyed effect.I use a beauty blender for under eyes but it is not necessary. For eyelids i apply it alone dabbing with my finger. It does not interfere with my eye shadow. It even helps cheaper eye liner apply more smoothly, i also noticed liner stayed put. This never causes breakouts. I have also applied it on top of blemishes before concealer and i noticed that i healed faster.
