Sophisticated, Classy, Durable, and Chic...The Byron is worth the cash and even keeps the temperature of your feet comfortable in cold AND hot weather...looking forward to my next pair !
I have purchased two pairs of UGG Byron slippers from a well known retailer over the years. As far as quality and comfort, they are the best. My problem is that the rubber sole needs to be slightly wider on the slipper for my feet. I have read this comment posted on the retailers web site, so I know this problem may be more common than just myself. In my case, the sides of the slippers are ruined as my foot over reaches the side of the sole and the side of the slipper wears through. I would not purchase these slippers again for this reason, even though as far as quality and comfort, they are the best I have owned. What a shame.

Can't Wait for my Next Pair
PostedDecember 1, 2010
I've had two pairs of UGG slippers - both the Ascot and the Byron. The Ascots lasted me about a year and a half (a LOT of use, outside and in) - eventually, I found a big whole at the toe of the left shoe. I wore these mostly without socks. Next, I bought a pair of Byrons - I've had these since my senior year of highschool, and I'm currently halfway through my junior year of college. That's three years, with significant use - outside when it's cold, inside almost year round. I wear them walking everywhere; to class, traveling home on the train or by plane. And while I've worn them in the rain (usually by accident) and through the snow, they're still perfectly good. There are some scuffs, and the right small toe area has a sort of rip/tear (very small), but I wear them all the time. I plan to buy a new pair soon simply because I love this product so much. One thing - it says they are meant to be worn without socks. I would not recommend this. My feet get sweaty inside the shoe if it's warm at all, and when the sweat dries it makes the lining somewhat hard/crusty-ish. So I usually wear them with socks. Thanks, UGG!
