This is a really good shaper -- very effective at smoothing. Close-fitting clothes lie better over this piece. One warning, though: you really need to attach the included straps to your bra, or else it will roll down, and it's not easy to do! Still, this is a good shaper for both men and women.

I had to have my husband help "stuff" me into this, but once on it was very comfortable. It was an absolute necessity for the dress I wore.

Hard to get on, Once on the fit is great! Really tucks in those area you want to hide.
