Dress is sophisticated and lovely, and well-made. However, size chart is incorrect. My measurements were listed under size 8, but dress came in too large, and since there was not enough time to return it for a 6, I had to have it altered at extra expense.

This was the perfect fit and felt very comfortable in it, but color may be too close to the bride, my daughter, and we were thinking in photo's it may look too similar to her dress in ivory. I am still not sure which dress I will wear for the wedding, so if I don't fall in love with a different dress, this one may work.

Very nice dress, but way too large in the hips. Must be made for a pear-shaped woman. Fit very well in the top and the length was perfect even though I ordered a regular 4 instead of petite (I am 5'2'). I liked how I looked in the dress, but not with the jacket -- it looks very sophisticated and like a business suit, which is not me. I bought it for me daughter's daytime wedding in September and it turned out this dress was too much like her wedding dress! Almost same color, and same style with the band around the empire waist, so I returned it.

Was so excited with this dress ...fit the criteria I was looking for ...gold..but not too gold... short and beaded as the mother of the bride dress. But while the waist fit, the neckline was too wide so that the shoulder straps hung off my shoulder..It needed to be taken in in the middle of the bust but with the lining, this was not possible..so after holding onto to it for weeks I had to return it.
