The brocade pattern of this dress is much more pronounced than in the picture. I felt I looked much older than I am when I put it on and it looked too large through the waist and bust. The heavy material felt stiff. I returned it to Nordstroms.

Ordered this online for my 2nd wedding this July. Fits like a dream- beautiful fabric and well made. Very elegant. I really like having a jacket to wear for the ceremony and in case the air conditioning is chilly at the reception. In the Chicago area one never knows what the weather will be like. A great little dress.

I've never left a review for anything I've purchased before, but this dress deserves it. I had my eye on it for months and was waiting for more reviews to come in. I'm 5'3", 120 lbs, small-busted and usually wear a 4P, which is what I got. The fabric is beautiful as is the tailoring. I didn't give it 5 stars because it'll be costly to dry clean due to the gold stitching, beading and sequins. Nevertheless, it is just beautiful. I can't wait to wear it to my daughter's Bat Mitzvah!

Bought for possible mob dress. It's well made but as other say it does run big. I am normally a 10 and took it in a size 8. Wonder if I should have bought a petite. The skirt is a little full and would need to be taken in and also shortened. I'm 5'2". Normally petites are too small for me though.
