The fabric is beautiful and substantial. The dress fit me perfectly! I wore it as my wedding dress. The picture doesn't show the fabric is shot with silk thread. It is really beautiful - but not over-the-top shiny. It looks and feels MUCH, more more expensive than it is.

I was looking for a nice simple dress for my son's wedding. Rita @ Wedding Suite assisted from start to finish with bringing someone from alteration department making sure all ends well. This outfit is perfect for mother of the groom/bride. I am proud to say I ONLY shop @ Nordstrom. Thank You!!!

I tried on a number of dresses at several malls but did not find anything suitable for a mother of the bride dress for an early October wedding. I ordered this online, knowing that I could return it to my local Nordstrom if it did not fit. It is a great outfit. The fabric is just firm enough to minimize flaws, and the decorations make it just dressy enough for a special occasion. I ordered a 12, my normal size, and it fit fine.
