Years ago I bought this bra for working out. I'm 5'5" and, at the time, weighed around 127 and wore a 34D bra. This bra provided excellent support for running, bouncing around on an elliptical, etc. and I found that I often wore it even when I was not working out. My only complaint was the fabric does not hide the persistent "high beams" so I would compensate by wearing dark colors or slip in nip covers. To me, that was better than giving up a workout bra that is comfy and avoids uni-boob. Fast forward to today when I needed new bras and now weigh 117 and have lost a bit of cup size. When I went on line, a video by one of Nordstrom's associates helped me figure out how to order. She said to go up a band size and down a cup. So I ordered a 36C which fits me well and is not loose at all. I can wear it on the loosest setting and work my way in as the bra ages. I think that even if I was still a fully packed D, the 36 C would have been better than the 34 D as I recall my first bras like this were really tight. Will this work for you? Who knows, but since the return policy is easy, it can't hurt to try. Thank you Nordstrom!

For all you big busted gals, this is not it. Absolutely no support. Be wary if doing cardio or jumping exercises. This might be OK for yoga, but really what's the point?
