Finally tore off the tags and wore this today. So comfortable and very supportive during my three mile run.

This does not run small. I am a 38DDD, I ordered that and a 40DDD on the listing recommendation. The 38DDD fit. The cups mold to the breast with stretch fabric. No need to tuck or contort yourself into it.
I just ordered two Wacoal bras, and the fit on both was way too small and tight, in both the cup and the band. I know my size is accurate, because I just bought a couple new bras from Chantelle in my size, and the fit was superb on both! I really wanted to love these Wacoal bras, especially the sports one for my exercise regime, but they were seriously painful and as I said too tight. This one also caused shoulder pain in the 30 seconds I had it on. Yikes! I have no idea why this is nearly a 5 star review... maybe I just got some bad ones in the Anniversary sale?
