This bra is well made and the fit is great but I would not call it a high impact sport Bra. It would or for yoga but I wouldn’t recommend it for running. I had to send it back as I am looking forr more support.
Very disappointed in the material. No support whatsoever. I didn’t realize the underwire ugh! Did not even bother to try it. The material around the breast seems very thin. I’m going back to cacique bras.

The stylist recommended sister sizing (up a band and down a cup) for this bra and it was great advice. It fits so comfortably it's a joy to wear for yoga. Once the staps are adjusted they aren't going anywhere. Given my personal preference, I wouldn't run in it, but it will definitely be my go-to for lifting and all types of yoga.
