I'm 5'1'', but have a larger cup size and a small ribcage. This means I'm really hard to fit in a sports bra, and almost none of them are supportive enough for me to have a relatively bounce-free experience running or doing Zumba. And for me, this is definitely not bounce-free. It's not bad when I first put it on, but when I sweat, the cups stretch and become less supportive so I start bouncing more and more. The straps do get short enough for me (thanks, Wacoal!) and I really love that it looks like a regular bra, so I could wear it to work and keep it on for a workout. However, I'll save it for low-impact workouts.
Wacoal is my favorite bra brand. Not this bra though. It is not a push-up bra, but the construction positioned my breast high and wide. Jus not flattering. It goes back.
I hoped to wear this crossback, but had a tough time getting it on once I'd adjusted the straps. That combined with the fact that it has no modesty padding made it a no-go for me.
