I’m a 32G and I have tried all sorts of sports bras for high-impact workouts. This is truly the only one that I like. I own 5 of these in various colors. The cups run a little big and the bands are a little tight - I’ve found 34DDs to fit me best!
This is the only sports bra I've found that actually works just the way I want it too!!! I absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone!!! I would say however that if you are ordering online, order the band size one size smaller than usual. I wear a regular wacoal bra and I got the sports bra in the same size but I have to wear everything on the tightest setting. I like to only be able to wear it on the loosest setting at first, so that over time as it wears out I can still tighten it. But still! If you get the right size it's PERFECTION.
Tried many bras that give my DDD body a ugly matronly look. They all dig in and are uncomfortable. Although this is classified as a sports bra, it is the only one that supports and minimizes me. I can wear it all day and not have to yank My shirts look good and I am not self conscious . I would order a size up in the band
The middle part that is supposed to seat on chest between breasts was out and sticking out of my shirt and the wire close to underarm was pushing into my breast. It was also tight around my chest. I felt lot of tightness. I do wear 38DD bra and I’m very comfortable with it.
