Proselegant, comforting
I previously used Armani Luminous Silk Foundation and I was very happy with it. I tried this product when it debuted and instantly loved it. The coverage is incredible. I have always taken very good care of my skin,but as I have aged my 47 year old skin just does not look as "young" as it once did. This foundation gives it a young healthy look, without looking contrived. It is not drying and it also does not settle in to fine lines. I use the Armani brush that is made for this foundation and I think it does give the foundation a natural look. My only complaint would be that I do not use the same shade number in different Armani foundations which makes it difficult to get the correct shade.The Luminous Silk shade I used was perfect. I have never been able to get the perfect shade in this foundation. But saying that I would never use anything else.
This is one creamy and smooth foundation. I love it! It wears all day and does not 'sink into the lines'! The coverage is buildable and a little does go a long way. I use a foundation brush, but found fingers work nicely too. I cannot thank Nordstrom enough for carrying the color I use and providing the quickest shipping and best customer service. This feels so silky on the skin too. I hope they get a wider range of color soon as the 5.5 works for my skin in the summer NC25 but winter I am more NC20. Great product and worth the high $$ mark for it! :o)

Prosflawless
This is probably the best foundation I've ever used. Flawless and long lasting. Great for those who prefer a little more coverage than typical liquids. Also perfect for those who don't have time to touch up throughout the day.
I am a cosmetic junkie, always looking for the prefect product. I think that both of the Armani foundations are fabulous. This foundation offers more coverage and there are certainly days that we all need it. I alternate among this foundation and the lighter Armani.
