My husband has a disability and needs 2 different sizes because he wears a brace. The salesman that helped was very helpful and very concerned. We had to order sizes and when they came one was the wrong size. There was no problem. They returned the wrong shoe and sent another one. What could have been a real problem was done with no question. Very satisfied!!!!!

This shoe is perfect for my husband, who has to be so careful about his footwear since he suffers from plantar fasciitis. He is on his feet all day as a special education middle school teacher and appreciates the comfort and support provided by ECCO brands. The Nordstrom customer service and professional attitude is why we choose to order the ECCO shoe from this site rather than elsewhere. This was the first time my husband ordered this particular style, and the size ran large. Fortunately, no problem, returns are painless and easy with Nordstrom. We had the no issue with the return and delivery of the correct size.

Prosvery comfortable
I purchased this shoe for my husband last year, he absolutely loved it. I waited for the sale this year and bought him two more pairs, Brown and Black. He says they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever owned. .

My husband loves these Ecco shoes and wears them to work every day. They are comfortable but dressy enough for business casual. They are the most supportive and comfortable shoes he has ever owned.
