The sizing is way off. It's tight fitting in the torso and loose on the bottom. There is a flaw in the design. Back to the drawing board, please. I received this item today and returning it tomorrow.

I love these brief, they are great! The coverage is fantastic and you can really see a difference when you wear them.
Be advised there is a seam that goes down the center in the front and back. So, if you are wearing a fabric that is extremely clingy you may need to wear a camisole so this seam does not show. Or wear a brief from the slim cognito line.

Elastic snapped at leg

Prosquality needs, improvement
I had to exchange the Spanx Higher Power Brief as the band on the leg snapped. I haven't worn the new one yet. I liked how the first one fit though. It did what it was designed to do and that was to smooth out my mid-section above my waist. I was surprised that the band snapped as I am 130 lbs, 5'2" and bought a "B" size. I wear a size 6 in shorts and pants. I think Spanx could be a little more generous with the elastic around the leg opening. Hope they see my review.

Light weight, yet does the trick. Comfortable and doesn't show under clothing.
