I thought I'd take a break from my go to KatVonD tattoo liner and try something new. I picked this eyeliner up and did not like it. The formula is too watery and does not create that precise, sharp line that I like. I can easily smudge/wipe this off my eyes with a touch of my fingers. The tip is OK and is on the harder side. I really wanted to like this liner but unfortunately, it did not work out.

i got this thinking, expansive brand and cost must mean it works better, right? NO. it does not flow. only good for one dab, and it is a dry tip. i should have returned it as it was a waste of money.
