Both my mother and I adore Olivia Colman. After watching vogue 72 questions interview with Olivia (which if you haven’t seen it you must!) I knew I had found the perfect Christmas gift for my Mom! Beauty begets Beauty...this fragrance is stunning... Subtle, fresh but mysterious~weaving in and out riding the air and ever changing as a fragrance should.
I love the combination of lavender and amber and have mixed it myself at home. This particular blend is a bit heavy on the amber. I would say it smells more like aftershave. Definitely a unisex scent, tending a bit more to the masculine side.
Sadly, it has very little sillage. Maybe the perfume would last longer.
I am a big Jo Malone addict!! There have only been a few scents that don't work with my chemistry, perfume is very personal, but Amber & Lavender is amazing, it's very strong, usually I don't like a really strong scent, but this is a beautiful powerful scent ~ I love it!
