Had a wonderful experience at the Nordstrom’s Jo Malone counter. The woman that worked with me identified the scent I was interested in, pulled it from the shelf, rang it up and put it into a nice little carrying bag.
I live in a city that doesn’t have Nordstroms. My home town does and that’s where I met the rep that sold me this product. She has helped me for years now. Keeps me in the loop and sends me updates on new fragrances coming out. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this level of client service. If I need anything I reach out to her and she has it shipped straight to my house. AMAZING! So to Lori at the Nordstrom in Jax,FL at the Town Center THANK YOU! You are amazing!
