Jo Malone scents are special. They are unique to each persons body chemistry, so it does take time to find the one that fits with you. But when you find it, you will be hooked. The scent lasts all day, and you never feel "perfumed". There is an organic feel to them that feels like it's part of you in a way that other fragrances do not. I"m a huge fan.

I am beyond devastated that Jo Malone is canceling this fragrance. This is my absolute favorite and I NEED another bottle. Can someone please help me???

To whom it may concern,
On a whim, I brought a friend to the Jo Malone counter at Westfield in Arcadia so she could smell my scent, Wild Fig & Cassis. The person working that day, Veronica De La Torre, informed me that Jo Malone had cancelled the fragrance. I was devastated. It is the only thing I can wear, it has deep, nostalgic associations with it and I am incredibly sad it will disappear. So, she helped me track some down in other parts of the country, I've ordered two (2) 3.4 oz bottles, which I cannot really afford since I only just relocated to Pasadena from Oakland this month. Veronica knows this and, without any pressure to buy, kept me informed of the stock, the movement of my orders, when they arrived and other remaining stock. She inherently understands the personal connection and handles each communication and meeting with personal dignity, warmth and friendliness. Her service is like an endangered species, more in that when dealing with her I cannot help but feel like she's my long-time neighbor. I would make this review my devout appeal to Jo Malone to please not discontinue this fragrance, but may it stand to serve another's concerned ability to fulfill a customer's only request for product, with their unique grace. The company is beyond fortunate to have her.
