It's my first time to buy a perfume at Nordstrom the two ladies that helping me there very nice and excellent they answer all my question,all I need to know about the product that I want and even my kids told me that this is the first time they experience good sale lady .i purchase the Jo Malone ..jasmine and mint it's smell so good .overall on my experience it was a 5 star perfect for everything .
