Not only was she completely knowledgeable of the product she is selling, she wanted to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. She appreciates the Jo Malone line and knows what a treat it is to use these cremes and sprays. Also fixed me with some travel samples for my upcoming trip. She is a wonderful and efficient.

My favorite Jo Malone body creme

Lime basil lasts forever,creamy texture is lovely. My experience with shipping was not satisfactory. They said they left package at front door,it was no where to be found. We live a bit off the main road so we found our package stuffed between our mail box and neighbors,very unprofessional and it could have been stolen.
Some of the Jo Malone body creams don’t copy their counterpart cologne - this one does. It’s fragrance is true to the cologne and is delightfully citrus! Love layering the two. The cream is nourishing, lightweight (not a balm or butter), and leaves skin glowing and soft. The glass jar is beautiful on display and weighs a lot.
