Reminds me of Vaseline and does not really moisturize. No scent or flavor. Paying for name and pretty packaging. I love Jo Malone products but this was a major let down but I’m willing to try the other lip conditioner.

I have been using for over a year. High quality and good if you have dry lips. Always like this brand.
I have been wearing this lip balm for close to seven years. I was introduced to it in the dead of winter when I smiled and my lips cracked; they took forever to heal until I used this vitamin E lip conditioner! They healed up overnight! My winter ritual is vitamin E lip conditioner before bed every evening. During non dry seasons I usually apply it first thing in the morning on the way to work and I don’t worry about my lips after that. I like it so much I started having one tube by my bedside and one tube in my purse. The problem became taking it to work and losing it in my scrubs constantly through holes in the pockets or sending it down to laundry.
This is my favorite luxury lip balm. Jo Malone never fails to have chic packaging and quality products. I love that it's a tube application since you don't want to stick your fingers in the product to apply especially now that cleanliness is exceptionally important. The texture is balmy with a slight oil consistency that makes your lips feel moisturized quickly. It has a slight vanilla-y taste and smell, but it's not overpowering. It's pricier than other lip balms, but is mid range compared to other luxury lip products and it's nice to have a special treat that you enjoy every day instead of something that sits in a drawer for only special occasions.
