I really wanted a navy blue robe, and it's hard to find one that isn't dowdy. This robe is a nice deep navy color, and a perfect length. The fabric seemed a little stiff at first, but after a few washings it's delightfully soft. I'm 5'6" and 145 lbs - I ordered the large and it's a little on the loose side, maybe could have gone with the medium.

I bought this on a whim this summer when it was 100 degrees outside. I initially thought it a little pricey, but I noticed a nice fit and the quality, soft, all cotton fabric right away. It was a keeper. White makes me feel like I'm at a spa when I put it on. I didn't notice any shrinkage after washing. It does run on the larger side of your tee shirt size, but it's comfortable that way. Will use this lightweight robe in the spring and summer when my terry robe is too warm, thick, and heavy for warmer days.

Prosperfect
This is the fourth robe that I have purchased. I have one at my daughter's for when I visit her, and one that I keep at home. In addition, I bought one for my sister, as her birthday present, and one for my daughter to wear at the hospital when she had her baby. I suggest purchasing one size up because it tends to draw up when washed. It fits a smaller frame. Usually, Misses robes are too big on me. I would normally purchase a small. But, even at 5'1, and 109 lbs, I was advised to buy the medium, which was perfect after washing. The cotton is very comfortable; light for summer, and not too hot during the winter. I love the colors, too.

Overall, I really like this robe. I bought it in the magenta color. It is pretty and true to size. I agree with some of the other reviews that it smelled a little weird when I opened the package, but it was fine after one wash. My only complaint is I wish it was a little softer. Other than that, I really like it!
