I ordered the Northface Osito jacket from Nordstrom and it came promptly before I knew it. Only a few days in shipping time. I received the product and it was more than I can imagine in quality. Nordstrom also has excellent customer service as well if you have any questions and I also felt comfortable in knowing that I could go to the physical store for returns should I need to.

Wonderful jacket! Incredibly soft and comfortable. It's great having cold weather just so I can wear it! It holds up well - I just wash it then hang it to dry and it looks the same as the day I bought it. It's a little expensive but well worth it!

This jacket arrived very quickly, color true to picture-magnificent, stylish, comfortable, pretty and I would highly recommend to anyone, at any age. Everyone wants to have the ability to wear something that feels like Pajamas. This is one of those fun, beautiful, soft and comfortable jackets that are perfect for moderately cool temperatures. It is not too hot, and not too light-just right. I live in the South, and this type of material is perfect for the winter months. All colors are beautiful, choose your favorite and you'll be getting a million compliments before you know it!

Bought this jacket for my granddaughter and she loves it and loves the fit. She is a thin eleven year old and the 10-12 fits her GREAT!
