very soft and great price for North Face! wish it had a zip pocket on the breast area like the Denali jacket tho.

I loved the glam of the oatmeal color. I washed it in a soak-mode.. just detergent, cold water and rinsed. It never looked the same. The label said 'Gentle' and soaking in cold is definitely gentle. I even tried to litely brush, or big tooth comb-fluff the surface, the second time it was washed, line dried. But it looks clumpy-and dirty. Tried OXY, and- whiteners for polyesters. No luck, the color is dulled badly, moreso on wear zones. I did not wear it much before I thought I should rinse it out. It did not get really dirty. I still wear it, after a year, only around home. Its so soft- I love that. It warms u up quickly when u get a chill, and does not overheat either.- Yes its hi-tech! I have one in black, I wont be washing it, and I 'save it' to just go outside in. Might dry clean it.. Its not for a 'go-to' unless you dont wash it, but still its got warmth and style. Its a full cut. The hip elastic is true to size. Arms longish and I have teeny wrists, but these are tight. North Face has often run small but this one is up and down in fit. I wrote North Face about various coats and varying fits. Last fall. Try your reg. size, or go up if in doubt.

I've tried on many a jacket in my days and have had to put many of them to the test in cooler weather. This North Face Osito Fleece Jacket has served me well throughout the Fall and Winter months and into the early Spring. It's so well designed that on cooler days and nights down into the 50's with a turtleneck or another layer underneath, you're feeling very comfortable unless it's truly "coat weather". I love the stylish look of this jacket, with its fashionable shoulders and the ability to seal off the waist with adjustable ties. I've stored it folded in half in my car and it hasn't shown any wrinkles. The furry feel of this jacket is very huggable. I loved it so much I bought a spare to keep in the car for nights when it cools off and I find myself wanting an added layer. Highly recommended buy.
