I was so excited to get this in the mail, so was pretty disappointed when I tried it on. I got a size too big; I definitely wouldn't "upsize" if you're debating between two sizes. It looks big and bulky and the bottom of the sleeves are quite tight. It's definitely very very soft, but it just didn't look good on. I like North Face, the price is great, but I'm returning this jacket.

I love this jacket. I have it white, pink and black. It is so comfortable and cozy. Just make sure it is truly a cool day when you wear it because if its not it will make you "hot". Becasue it is warm!! :)
