In search of a nice shell, but this didn't meet my needs. Not a fan of the cap sleeve, neck a little low and most important not loose enough at the bottom to cover/hide my waist. Still on the hunt!
Purchased a Medium in Peat. The color is quite a bit darker than what appears online. Be prepared for a very dark brown, not a medium shade. If you want a dark brown, this will be a great choice. I like browns generally, and will keep mine anyway.
Also purchased a Medium size in Eucalyptus, which is only slightly darker in reality than what appears online. I love this shade.
This blouse is a nice basic for my business wardrobe. I usually wear petites but went with regular size because I wanted a longer length in the torso. This top is true to size unlike typical Eileen Fisher clothing.
I'm really glad I didn't order a petite size like I usually do in Eileen Fisher. These are a bit small and yes, as others have mentioned, short. Eileen Fisher is usually so blousy and large that I was pretty surprised about that. These shirts hit just below my waist, and the shape is pretty fitted for this brand. I usually wear the smallest or second-smallest petite size available in Eileen Fisher and got these in XS regular, per the reviews and Nordstrom sizing instructions. I rather wish I'd sized up to a S regular, but not enough to exchange them. Eileen Fisher is always nice and these shirts are a good staple to have in your closet. I was happy to find these at the Anniversary Sale price.
