Beautiful shoe in both comfort and style!

I was looking for a pair of shoes to wear for more casual days at work and to wear with dark blue jeans, but I didn't want the normal wingtips and brogue. I found JUST the right thing is the Ashtons. The split toe offers a casual and striking look among the normal brown dress shoes I see at my job everyday and in Chili they are even more striking!
These shoes are extremely comfortable with a thick sole and plenty of padding from the orthotic. Though I did find then to be a little narrow. I run between 3E and 4E depending on brand, it was solved by a weeks worth of wear.
All in all these were beautiful shoes and well worth every cent. Remember: The only thing standing between a man and the ground is his shoes.

The very best dress work shoe ever

I have been wearing this style for over fifteen years. It is the best style I have ever worn. I m a lawyer and am on my feet almost all day. No other shoe come close to the comfort of this shoe. The rubber sole makes me feel like I'm walking on air. This style is "forever. "

Bought a pair of these in black in 2003. They've worn wonderfully and are still one of my favorite pairs of shoes to wear. Dress them up with a suit. Or wear them with corporate casual.
As with all Allen Edmonds shoes that can be recrafted, this isn't a trendy "2 years and done" pair of shoes. They're built to last and will look good doing it.

I have had these shoes for years and have yet to wear out the sole or heels. They are timeless in design and the fit is fantastic.
