I passed by these at first glance.. too red.. too chunky.. not me. My Sales Lady encouraged me to try them on,.. OMG.. the most gorgeous and comfortable shoes ever. I got the red and went back a week later and got the black.

The Red patent Tulip Slingbacks are my second pair of Tulips. I also have the black patent slingback. These shoes are very comfortable to stand in for hours on end because of the addition of a discreet arch support. Very stylish, fun, eye-catching and perfect for work or an evening out.

I wear an 8.5, but tend to be on the smaller side of that size (so some 8.5s are too big) and my foot runs a bit narrow. The reviews for this shoe said to order up, but I thought I might be okay because 8.5 is sometimes too big. Not the case. The 8.5 was tight. I exchanged it for the 9 (39) and it fit well. I needed to tighten the strap to the tightest hole, but it fits fine now. Once you get the right size, this is a very attractive and super comfortable shoe. I really like the slight shimmer and scalloped design with the opal color choice.
