So Not Comfortable Not True To Size

Nice looking shoe, a bit different and sensible heel height - when I tried on, seemed like it would be a good all day shoe as I am on my feet (walking) a lot through the day. Unfortunately, within a couple of hours, I can't function in these shoes, my feet are throbbing and toes are being severely pinched. I am a 10 1/2 - 11 shoe. This 42 fit is very snug. Wish I had returned them after 1st wearing but remained hopeful after a few wears - not the case. $440.00 poorer with nothing to show. They are tucked away in my shoe bin.
I have a wide foot and this style shoe fits me without pinching. The heel height is perfect for walking around in all day. The variegated black patent gives this shoe a little snap and sets it apart from the run of the mill plain patent shoe.

I was seeking a stylish, comfortable shoe for all day work wear and possibly into night wear. This is it. Comfy and looks fab. Bought it in black, half size up. Love it!
