Beautiful; but the quality is disappointing

I purchased these shoes before a trip to Europe in September. They are darling for a pair of walking flats and were incredibly comfortable even when I was out exploring 12 hours+ daily. I am giving them three stars because although they are beautiful and extremely comfortable, I am seriously disappointed in the durability of the shoe. Granted, Europe can be tough on shoes with all of the cobblestones, but I am 5'11 and a size 4 in clothing and I had to have new heels put on after wearing them 10 times (at most).
That being said, since my shoemaker put on some new heels they have been great and I get compliments on them constantly.

This is a beautiful red. No orange tinge, not bright or shocking. It is a very deep red. I believe it is darker than what is shown on the internet. As for the fit, it is very comfortable as all the other reviews have stated. Very beautiful flat.

I have a number of shoes in this style...different colors. They are the most comfortable shoes in my closet, and well worth the money. Love all the new colors esp. this red!

I now own two pairs of these shoes. Started last year with the black and just added the beautiful red. I cannot say how comfortable - and stylish - they are. I usually shy away from flats as they are forever slipping off my heel; however, I've never had that problem with these. If I could, I'd probably get them in every single color imaginable. Now if they would just come out with a bright green, I'd be thrilled.
