Love the color and the smooth way it spreads; not as happy about how long it lasts. My usual lip liner holds the lipstick color for the morning or afternoon. Even after half a day enough color is still there to give the lips some definition. This one lasts about half that time, and once it wears down, it's gone. I like it very much but the longevity gives it a three.
This is my favorite lip pencil. The pencil glides on for a smooth application. It is not drying. Once applied the color stays true and is long lasting. The HAZEL color is perfect to create a nude lip. It is also good for anyone that needs to overdraw the lip, to create a larger yet NATURAL lip line. A clear or light pink gloss will give a really pretty nude lip. If you overdraw using this color, you can add any color over it, and it will hold the color and shape. This pencil is my favorite. I have used it for years. Sure hope it does not get discontinued - it is simply the best.

Replacement Lip Pencil

I bought this to replace a shade Shiseido discontinued years back. My current color Mauve- Brown is almost all used up. I purchased this color (Hazel) and crossed my fingers. It's a slight less Mauvey but super close. I'm thrilled with it! I also appreciate the added brush on the end for shading.

I am using #6 Bordeaux and since it is discontinued I tried this new shade but it was too light.
