Very supportive - cups slightly large

The bra offers a lot of support and is quite comfortable. The only thing I did not like was that cups are somewhat odd. I am a 30G and have rather full breasts, so normally the more generous the cup, the better. However with this bra, the cups seemed exceptionally long, like the the underwire was about half an inch too low. So while the bra seemed to fit perfectly everywhere else, I had extra fabric and space at the bottom. This wasn't major enough for me to send it back, but I will be trading it in for the plunge version of this bra because I prefer a bit more cleavage than this bra offers.
Just bought a second one of these, after owning a black one that has been my favorite, and held up for about three years! It has great support (especially for bigger cup sizes), with a snug band that stays in place, and wide set straps that don't slide. I wear one cup size up in this bra from usual, but the same band size (it does stretch a little after many wears). It is simple, but flattering with almost any shirt, and both comfortable and supportive enough for daily wear!
It is always a challenge to find bras that are 30ff/g. Panache is a trusted brand that gets it right. This bra is supportive and fits well. I wish it came in a variety of colors.

Wish it weren't true because it seems like a bra that gives a nice shape but it is smaller than its cup size. Of course I'm a 32 g and they don't make a gg so it had to be returned.
