I’m old enough to remember what I consider the good old days of department stores where outstanding customer service was a point of pride at Seattle’s Frederick & Nelson, Portland’s Lippman Wolf and at Nordstrom Best. Over the years so many of these fine stores have become just a memory. But fortunately, Nordstrom remains “old school” in how customers are treated. Recently, I found a Kate Spade bracelet at the Washington Square Nordstrom that I just loved... but it had a scratch and was the last in stock. Not to worry, the sales person replied, “I can order one and have it delivered to your home... no extra charge.” Of course I agreed and thanked her. She replied, “you’re welcome.” Not, “no problem.” And I must say I like that... because I’m tired of other people in customer service in other stores... who use that term. I’m never a problem; I’m a customer... and I appreciate that the people have never forgotten that. And by the way, I really do love my bracelet.
Love the design! The gold and black go great together

VERY PRETTY and classy. A bit large but If you don't have dainty wrists you should be ok.

Bought the cream one which said "creme de la creme" on the inside for a friend's bday. She loved it! How could she not? The quality of the bangle is great and the engraving on the inside made it that much more special. Great buy!
