Patisserie is a lovely, your lips but better shade. Creamy with a very subtle sparkle in the tube that isn't really discernible on the lips. Great for natural days or when you want subtle lip enhancement that doesn't compete with the rest of your makeup. For reference and am a dark brunette with moderately fair skin.
I have a fair complexion, and Blankety still didn't show up very well on my lips. Thought it was lighter than what was pictured in the website. Still love the MAC formula.
