Mac Rebel is the most unusual lipstick I have ever worn. EVERY TIME I wear it I get compliments. It has great staining power, and I think the color just looks very fresh for a long time. The first time I purchased it I bought it because I heard it was a color that "looks good on everyone." That must be true. I use to think I had to stay with very muted colors; this definitely is a bold lip statement - toward purple, but with enough red to bring life to my face. It sometimes takes the place of all other makeup if I am short on time - it really makes a statement.
