Pure Malt has the typical A*Men DNA but takes a bold twist. It's a must have for any fragrance collector. Pure Malt is bold, daring, sweet, boozy, and garners a TON of compliments. Go easy on the trigger as its a projection monster. I find this fragrance to be best suited for the Fall/winter months and living in Florida colder days are far and few between.
My husband bought a bottle of the A*MEN Pure Malt a while ago, and he's down to the last drops. It's an amazing fragrance that makes me want to drink him up. I was so glad to see that I can still get it at Nordstrom's. Maybe if enough of us write great reviews, Thierry Mugler will make it a regular, not limited, edition! By the way, I think it's smells wonderful any time of the year, not just in the fall/winter.
In my opinion this the absolute BEST fragrance I've ever purchased in my life. Pure Malt is unlike anything I've ever smelled. It's completely unique not only in it's smell, but also the aging technique also used to also to produce whiskey. It's a shame it was only a limited time release but I'm most certainly going to purchase a few more before they run out.
