Ok, so maybe I'm being ultra-crunchy about this, but the verbiage on the package and website is misleading. I thought you could take the empty plastic container/bag into a Kiehl's or Nordstrom to get it refilled. Nope. This is the "refill" because when you first purchase, you should receive a GWP metal bottle to put it in. Kinda bummed because I was hoping to reduce my plastic usage more by continuing to use the same bag. My husband and I like the product though and will continue to use it.
This weighed my hair down. It made it feel heavy and dry at the same time. It has a powdery coconut smell which I’m not fond of. This was a total bust. I’m shocked by the good reviews, although someone mentioned a bad reformulation so maybe I tried it after it was reformulated.

I have used this conditioner for years and never looked back. I have coarse, wavy hair. After shampooing my hair is always matted. This conditioner is a miracle detangler! I cannot recommend this more to people whose hair gets tangled after shampooing. So, so good.
