I experienced a severe allergic reaction to this product while on vacation in Costa Rica last Christmas. I experienced severe hives/blisters that required doctor prescribed steroids to clear up. I felt like my face was on fire! It ruined my vacation!
I couldn’t be certain at the time that this product was the culprit, but fast forward three months and I am sure! I pulled the sunscreen out of my travel bag and used it yesterday and today. I am now experiencing the same allergic reaction! Fortunately, I still have the steroids on hand to clear it up.
This is the best Clinique face sunscreen for dry skin. I have tried the other two they make that have a slight tint to them and they are good, but this one is the most moisturizing. I wish it had a slight tint because I do not wear foundation most days, but it does leave the skin with an even looking tone. Even without the tint I'm sticking with this one.
I have used this product for a while and love it. I use it everyday, all year round. Non greasy, not sticky. Absorbs well. Great for sensitive skin. I see what happens to your face, family and friends, if you do not use a good sun screen every day. This is one of the best.
