But...they run one whole size big. I am a size 10 in every other shoe...Nike, Dansko, Easy Spririt, Clarks, you name it...my feet were swimming in these. I got the 9 and got a perfect fit. These are crazy comfortable...like having slippers on all day. And I really thought there was no way they wouldn't be hot inside, but they really aren't. I'm a believer.

Love these boots, and love Nordstrom's service. I had a problem using a certificate. The number on it was wrong, so I called Nordstrom's, and they were very helpful.
